After considering your requirements for the new project, we design the plan and provide a primary estimate with all your specified finishes and inclusions. We go over the design and quotation with you and are available to answer all the questions. We confirm inclusions in relation to budget and ensure cost effective ways to achieve the end project.

The Initial tender and the HIA contract will be issued. And we will get approval from the local authority. After formally detailing your satisfaction of our construction and settling your final payment, it is our pleasure to hand you the keys to your home.
